camp out.

Tonight is the night you all have been waiting for. Or at least myself and three of my friends have been waiting for. Tonight is the night that we camp out at the gates of Martin Stadium. The Washington State Cougars host the 3rd ranked Trojans of USC tomorrow, and the four of us (Brock, Brad, Derek and I) will be in the front row on the 50 yard line. So if you are watching TBS tomorrow around 4:00 p.m. look in the front row and hopefully you will see my bearded mug. Tonight should be fun ,and hopefully our football team gives us something to cheer about tomorrow. That's all for now. Go Cougs!

Im up late.

Yeah. I laid down tonight and for the life of me (whatever that saying means) I could not sleep; so here I am. I have had a lot on my mind over the past few weeks. There is just so much going on right now that I think my brain and my heart are on sensory overload. Tonight I finished up an on-air promotion for the TV show that I am the Lead Producer for, and that is very tedious and time consuming (all for a 60 second commercial). I also had a take home test that is do tomorrow, or I guess tomorrow is now today since it is 12:50. Needless to say, I got it all done for now until my focus switches to the next assignments and then the next and so on and so fourth. But tonight, my mind would not rest. With the living situations in my house being the way that they are (as some of you know) and if you don't, its probably better that way; it takes a lot of energy form me. Constantly being on my toes in case something goes down, and living downstairs and across a thin door from someone you don't like is not a fun position to be in. Never the less, here I am. I guess when I had these assignments I have been working on for the last couple weeks, my mind was occupied. But for this one night it all came back. Plus, I am getting married in 9 months and that really splits my focus because I want to be in Spokane with Tori all the time, but I still have to finish out here. I enjoy school for the most part, but it is getting pretty old , and I just wish that it was July 15th (day after the wedding) already. I apologize for tonight's stream of consciousness. And if you were able to follow it, kudos to you. But sometimes it just feels good to write things out. And for the time being, you now know what's up with me (if you even read this thing.) USC is in town this weekend for football and that will hopefully be entertaining. More on that and other events later...

Not gonna lie

I LOVE the Ryder Cup! Around this time every other year my sports focus shifts towards this World golf event. The sportsmanship and passion for country is fun to watch. In my mind this ranks right up there with March Madness. It is a lot of fun. That's it.

to answer the questions...

I was drinking out of a stainless steel thermos and I had been given instructions on how to drink out of it (by someone who will remain nameless) and that was incorrect. It came out of the sides of the spout instead of the hole that I thought it would, and it dribbled down my chin instantly blistering it. It hurt/s pretty bad, but I hear that mouths heal quickly. That is the long and short of it. Word to the wise. Use the lid that doubles as a cup when it comes to thermoses. P.S. The beverage was still warm the next day (17 hours later) that's a quality thermos!

So maybe this is more real now.

I am finding myself rather enjoying writing on this thing. I think it is just because it is a simple pleasure. I am able to see success by posting a thought or a comment and sometimes people that I love respond to it and that is cool. Tonight I went to a board meeting for my University Television Station http://libarts.wsu.edu/Cable8/ and one of the producers had his position terminated because of a long dirty list of details that I will not get in to. It was pretty disheartening to hear all of the details, and it is just another thing in the list of drama that seems to be my life at the moment. Tomorrow I have a dentist appointment and I have this weird gum thing going on the upper left quadrant of my mouth. I never have teeth problems. And I also burned my lower lip and chin pretty badly this weekend so my face is all swollen and pussy. Other than that IM great. WSU football won this last weekend and our next game is at Stanford. Go Cougs! Anywho, there is a snap shot for now. Im off to bed to read some Harry Potter (Im on the 6th book) its getting pretty good.

so un day 3...

I actually won a free trip to Vegas or Reno or Anaheim in a drawing that I enetred at Safeco Field (Mariners) before I went to camp this summer. Tomorrow I have to go sit through the presentation from a company in order to claim my prize (yeah). So I will be able to use that within the next year. That should be fun. My name is now re-entered in to the drawing for the truck which I originally signed up for. I never win things like this so its kind of cool. On another note school intensity is picking up a bit and we are getting in to the first round of papers and tests of the semester. Thats all for now.

very merry un-post

So here I am. Day two. I still dont know about this whole blog thing, but it is fun to know that three people other than myself found out that i had a blog (even though I myself wasnent completely sure I did it right.) I am home in between classes and my situation here is less than ideal, that said, I love my life. Not what is happening in it right now, but life. I get to eat, sleep, watch tv, breath, watch tv, play intermural softball, study, watch tv, and do whatever the crap I want to do. So no matter how down this situation continues to go. Blessed be the name of the Lord. He has given us life and we should live it to the fullest. I dont know if this counts as my first rant or not? But...there it is for whatever it is worth.
